As a little background, we have been developing a 117 acre property since 2020 so we are very familiarized with contractors and pandemic/weather delays. This company has been the WORSE experience. They are unethical and don’t mind lying to customers to get their business. In top of that the owner is irresponsible and rude. After waiting for a house 2.5 years, with the last 3 months being lied to more times that what I can recall, I can say that I cannot recommend this company at all. We were all set to purchase a home from luxury homes. We picked it out and put $50,000 down. We were given a date the home would supposedly be ready. It was pushed back several times! At first we were told four months, then six months, then eight months, then 12 months, then possibly 18 months . While being pushed back the price of the home also went up! A lot!! $55,000 with the possibility of going up to $72,000!!!! We wasted 8 months trying to purchase a home meanwhile moving our family around to rentals waiting on a home.... read more
