We just went to look for now. The daughter was there and she was very helpful. They did have a low inventory but due to these types of homes being pretty popular right now. I included pics of one of the homes we looked at.
RUN! Don't walk to ANY other dealer. We had the worst experience. Costed us $40,000 more than it should have just because they could jack up the cost - EVEN BREAKING THEIR OWN CONTRACT. Find the home you like, then find a different dealer. There are many that don't have lots. Just go to the manufacturer website. They do not care about you or your home, just money. Love the home we bought; cannot say the same for the post-sale customer service. We had a cabinet tear loose from the wall in the kitchen three months after we moved in, have called several times it has now been eight months and the cabinet is still not fixed.
