Poor experience, very unprofessional
Told no deposit required — one was taken anyway without notice. Six days later, informed the property wasn't even available for our dates. Booking confirmed and payment taken before availability was verified with the owner. Completely unacceptable. Would not use again.
Recently returned from Temple 304 Palm Cove and the Resort is stunning and the apartment is fabulous. However the condition. (Cleanliness) of the apartment is a lot to be desired. Thank goodness we did not have to use the oven and/or stove whilst we were there, as both were quite disgusting. Apartment door locks would jam, bathroom bins not emptied on arrival, bedside lamp in bedroom 2 had missing globe, clothes air dryer bent, Nespresso machine leaked water
