I bought extensions that were missing a piece. I called the place and the manager with the black hair, who sold me the extensions proceeded to tell me “We don’t give refunds and you should of checked the package to make sure everything was in there” Im sorry? Do we not know what we are selling to people?? $480 in the garbage because it looked like garbage without the missing piece. Please fix this issue, absolutely ridiculous.

I had been searching a hair topper and had visited several places. I finally found the perfect one here. Shalah was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and never pushy. I have bought the Remy human hair ponytail extensions many times over the years, I was disappointed when I came in store and they said they no longer had this. Considering its on their website they should be letting customers no on their website

They have a Great selection of pony tails. You should definitely check them out !!! A big shoutout to Baani for excellent costumer service, will be back with my sister for the accessories:)
