They took our money and lied about our order status for 12 weeks. General manager lied straight to my husbands face and spun a story about how it takes 12 weeks to get flooring shipped from Calgary to Regina... he went into the store and threatened to open a visa dispute and get our money back, which must have gotten their attention. The opps manager named Paul (poblo) likes to discriminate against people with special need/diagnosed medical conditions, the service is pore from the office and they ask for 50% upfront but yet can't pay there own bills as I've recently seen
Poor communication, gaslighting, and getting yelled at where all part of my experience with Luxury. I hate hiding behind the keyboard writing this review, but I aired out my concerns with Luxury and they didn’t care whatsoever. My interactions with the operations manager were frustrating to say the least.
