I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They built our fence, about 400 sq ft, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Jesus and William were professional, communicative, and made everything feel seamless. The quality of the work came out exactly as we hoped. Highly recommend!
I cant tell you how happy I am with my new fence!! I am so glad I chose this company! What pulled my decision was the customer service! This family owned business gets 10 stars for that! Polite, hard working and mase sure everything was clean. The prices are reasonable and the work is exceptional! They had my fence up in no time!! Jesus (owner) was dishonest. I did an extension of my existing vinyl fence and while he was taking down my solar lamps, 1 broke from him. He wanted me to pay for it so I insisted that he replace it because that was his mistake. Anyway, he agreed so I wrote him a check for the full amount he changed me, only relying on his promise to come back to replace the light fixture. Jesus was dishonest. Solar light broke from him and he want me to pay for it. He is not flexible with pricing either, I put overpriced because $1600 to install 2 4feet high posts was too much money! I just didn't follow the red flags like him wanting to take a down payment without giving a receipt, you showed my that you would've potentially taken my money and don't come back to do the job. Stop playing games with your clients, you are running a bad business if no one can trust your words. A man's word is as good as him.
