This is my 2nd time coming here. I brought my 10 year old daughter for her first straightening and it was great. She is typically so tender headed that doing her hair is a screaming, traumatic experience. She teared up a little bit initially, but once she informed the stylist that it hurt, I think she must have been extra careful because I didn't see any more tears.
