Honestly where do I even start. We booked one of the honeymoon domes for a 2-night stay for a wedding anniversary at $350 per night. Everything looked ok initially, until it wasn’t. Used the rain shower and the showerhead burst off and hit me in the head and shoulder. Yes they came to fix it the next morning, but whilst we were still using the dome and they just came by when it was suitable for them. 5-Star Glamping Experience! I had an amazing stay at this luxury dome glamping! The dome was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the wine tasting and dinner packages at Russo Winery—such a great experience! At first, I was hesitant to book due to some negative reviews, but once I arrived, I felt completely at ease. We stayed one night and payed rougly $380. Worth it? Definitely not. There are big holes around the plastic window and at night you get all the mosquitos come in. We had two massive spiders come in the dome. The spider spray they had in the room was empty. I emailed them in regards to our experience and was told they can not control the bugs. Overall not happy with the place or the people that manage it

The truth that you have offered for "A $50 voucher to your estate as an apology for the cleaning companies mistake", totally not a full refund as you just have mentioned, and we had never accepted it.
