I originally gave them a two star review for lack of communication however today I got a call and they apologized and I could tell they really meant it which I appreciate!
I took my engagement ring into them back at the beginning of September to get it fixed and they were very helpful and said that the ring would take about two weeks to fix. I was very happy with the customer service and was looking forward to having my ring back before my road trip out west.
