I love this company and owners! They are so personable and kind. They listen to everything you want and provide options for you. They truly feel like family. They are simply the BEST!

I originally gave them a two star review for lack of communication however today I got a call and they apologized and I could tell they really meant it which I appreciate!
I took my engagement ring into them back at the beginning of September to get it fixed and they were very helpful and said that the ring would take about two weeks to fix. I was very happy with the customer service and was looking forward to having my ring back before my road trip out west. They said that they would text me when my ring would be ready and unfortunately, I never heard back from them before my trip.
