I went to the dentist for the first time to establish care. I had a horrible experience with the front desk lady named ***. She called me twice over a bill that the insurance didn't cover for Xray. We were never told that x-rays won't be covered BEFORE THE VISIT. We went for routine cleaning since our former dentist didn't participate in our plan any longer.
