Communication was excellent, work performed was exceptional (e.g., removed moss from roof tiles with a brush, repaired window that was damaged from a water leak, and painted exterior of house and garage). Omar and his staff were incredible.
Saying Omar and his crew are good at their jobs is like saying Taylor Swift and Steph Curry are good at theirs. We had him tackle a significant makeover and paint job on our 122 year old cottage. Omar's bid was a good 20% higher than #2. We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. Omar has done several jobs for us in the past few years, We are very satisfied with his work. He comes when promised, does a good job and cleans up nicely when done. We definitely recommend Omar and will call him for any work we will need done,
Omar and his crew are on time, great attention to details and keeping communication open to make sure the work is done to our preference, and always keep the place nice and clean after his job is done. Very much appreciate him and the only reason I'd be hesitant to recommend him is that he becomes too popular and will no longer have time for me! We removed a tree so then it left a hole on the deck.
