Twylla is such a sweetheart, she helped me with my car rental, she hooked us up and my car was done before promised date! Definitely coming back!
I dropped off my car and the African American woman in the front was very disrespectful and not customer service, talks down like you are a child and seems likes she is a very bitter disturbed individual. While the other lady Val spoke pleasant and professional, at the beginning I felt like OMG I think I won't leave my car, Yet when I spoke to Val I felt better and decided to leave my car in this place. They should fire that first individual in the front and hire more individuals like Val.
Not very happy with GEICO as they did not pay me for my week off of work, even though I was there insurance fault but the Body Shop did a great job Carlos just as good as it did when I purchased it
Had a great experience with my Tesla. They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicated often and did a great job w my car!
Got rear-ended and my insurance sent me here. Service was quick and they returned my car to me clean and detailed. I would definitely go back.
