If you want a repair shop that really care about their customers. Sin City Collision is a one stop place. The front desk ladies are very nice, helpful and caring. Gina was my representative. She presented excellent customer service and very communicative. She always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. When I received my car back it was like brand new again. Terrible experience with this auto shop. If you get your car fixed here, be prepared to wait a very long time with little to no communication. They gave me a promised pick-up date, but I ended up waiting much longer with no updates. I had to call them multiple times just to check on my car because the repair was taking far too long.
