I have been going to Suzy for my lashes for years now and I am always so happy with them! The appointments are easy to book and she is happy to work around my schedule as needed within reason of course, and I always come out with my lashes looking refreshed and gorgeous. She is such a funny and sweet lady and I enjoy our chats during my visits as well. I can’t recommend Luxury enough if you want a local beauty business that is friendly and will take care of you.

Very disappointed in the way my booking was handled today I paid $164 deposit on booking the appointment. I called up and asked to reschedule my appointment for another day (was going to be more expensive than my original appointment because the time was in 'high demand' which was fine I was happy with that). I was able to reschedule via the phone and I got confirmation that my booking was rescheduled it was no hassle at all. After spending over $600 in salon and to have my hair ruined. That is the poorest response I've ever received and will not be returning. This was my experience, and sadly not a good one.. After waiting 20 mins past my appointment time, the stylist who id watched socialising in the staff room walks out to me glancing up quickly before looking back down at her phone to ask me "what's your name?" Every time I leave the salon I am left speechless at what an amazing job Taylah does. She is the kindest person and never fails to do my hair exactly how i wanted, if not better

I took my daughter to get highlights and our experience could not have been better. Sally was patient and listened to everything my daughter was asking for, explaining the process and making sure she was OK with everything she was doing. Our experience was wonderful. I would rate higher if possible.
