BEWARE OF LUXURY COASTAL!! This company is the WORST we have ever experienced! We are from MINNESOTA and dream of being on the beach, sitting on our patio watching the sunrise with a good cup of coffee and the sunset with a good glass of wine. we booked a 39 night stay at Beach Colony East . We booked a 5 night stay through Luxury Coastal vacations in January 2021. Two weeks prior to our travel date, we confirmed the availability of our unit and extended the stay an extra two nights. Luxury charged our card and sent a receipt. Less than 24 hours before leaving, Luxury Coastal informed us that their had been a “clerical error” and our extra nights were not added and in fact, had been given to another customer. While I absolutely loved the condo we stayed in (Beach Colony Tower 9A), we will NEVER go through LCV again. We paid for a 7 night stay and 3 nights in we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Sally. LCV refused to give a refund or even a credit for the remaining 4 nights. No we did not take out the insurance, but after reading the policy, it would not have mattered because the evacuation was voluntary and not mandatory. Had we stayed we would have endangered out lives, had to stay in a condo with no power or water and had da... read more

Condo renters beware! Beautiful, but disappointing. Stayed in condo 805A located at the Lost Key Golf & Beach Club. The condo was beautiful and we were really looking forward to this vacation at this gorgeous unit. We've been sheltering in place during the pandemic and we were assured that the condo would be cleaned and sanitized as advertised on the company’s website and which was sent again to us prior to our stay.
