We are leaving out with our new car thanks to great service at Luxury Cars of Atlanta and our great salesman Michael. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. We were able to test drive 3 vehicles and decide what was best for us. It was no pressure and we had great service. I recommend anyone to come and check Luxury Cars of Atlanta out. Great deals and great services. I give them 5 stars and a HIGH FIVE!
I found a beautiful, clean, well maintained vehicle. Michael was very helpful!
The initial salesperson (Bebo) was fine. However, after we looked at the car, the manager we sat down with was dismissive & borderline rude. When we walked back in from the test drive, he didn't even speak. He just stretched out his hand for the keys. Once we sat down with him & he worked up the out-the-door price, he didn't speak. He just pointed to numbers on the screen. Paid 20 K for a truck, check engine light come on after 75 miles, like it had been cleared, then unfortunately didn't check heater, which didn't work. So have over 2 K in repairs and had the truck less then 2 weeks. They ll hang on you while your asking questions. I would either get the car check out really good, or avoid this car lot
My experience with luxury cars of Atlanta was wonderful. I was looking for a Toyota tundra and the first time I test drove it. I knew it was mine. They made the process very easy very professional. I would recommend Luxy cars of Atlanta for anyone looking for a used car
