We've used Mike three times in the past two years since moving to St. Louis. He has been able to get set-in urine stains out of our carpet left by our bratty chihuahuas - looks and smells perfect even months later. He can also get other kinds of stains out, like food around our dining table. Great pricing, not a long wait time, very happy all around.
Didn't show up or call on appointment date. Didn't return calls.
