Was going here for a couple of months and it was just ok at first. I like a less busy salon. Each time I went it got worse. Last time I went there was a new girl working and she was doing my nails with a straight file and not the drill they normally use. I ended up with a lump on my nail after the nails were painted. It was very noticeable and I said something to her about it she made a big deal about it and asked the owner if it was a lump or if it was just the arch in my nail. Clearly it was a lump.
