Nicole has been my braided for several years now. She has always been professional and performs the braided looks as I requested in a timely manner.

Nichole was very understanding and designed a style that was perfect for me. As a Cancer Survivor and missing some hair on the side, she was able to cover that area flawlessly! Highly unprofessional, which unfortunately aligns with several reviews I read beforehand — and which I now understand. Despite that, I still chose to do business with her. The 2:00 PM appointment was rescheduled by her about an hour and a half beforehand, a payment was allowed to process, and then the service was canceled again the same day due to a “family emergency,” with notice that she would not be back until the 30th.
