I am posting here because I am unable to post on the Airbnb website.. everyone should know that Luxury Beach Rentals is terrible! My family and a friend and her family stayed at one of their rental properties 1004 South Wing in Myrtle Beach and it had bed bugs. We contacted them immediately and got a response of we are so sorry we will let our property managers know and send pest control out. No other response until we took it to Airbnb and they got back to us. However no one offered other accomodations or any other solution... read more
Unfortunately, I would not recommend Luxury Beach Rentals based on my experience. First, you are required to sign a waiver stating that you cannot sue if you are injured on one of the properties, regardless of whether the injury is caused by an issue with the property. I found this requirement concerning and worth knowing about before booking. My wife, family (4 kids"15,13,5,3mo"), and I stayed at Carolina Dunes from Sept 6th 2026- Sept 12th 2026 in Condo #403. Although I was very hesitant to leave a negative review, Ive been left with no choice after they have failed to do their due diligence and reach back out to my wife. Upon arrival, the place was very nice. The view was excellent. Absolutely loved our stay. Our room at Dunes Village Resort was perfect (room 623), clean and an easy process. Room was exactly as we expected and perfect for our larger family. Resort had great amenities for our kids. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Luxury Beach Rentals was helpful.
