They are a locally owned company and has a great inventory. We have been working with them for many years. All window installations in my office has been taken care of by Home Craft Windows.
I had the glass block windows in my office from the Home Craft Windows. They were not only thick enough, but even helped in maintaining the privacy within. They even provided me with some warranties.
My experience with Luxury Bath & Kitchen on a bath & shower replace was a not positive, I would not ever use them again. The installer needed to borrow my saw to cut the material, The job took four days not the two they promised. I call the owner "Michael " and to express my concerns with the progress of the job and he never responded. The installation is terrible, the panels do not even stick to the wall. We hired Luxury Bath and Kitchen of Raleigh NC, to install our bath not long ago, and they did a terrible job. I must confess that I would not dare to even compare our installation to that of a professional and the price they cahrged us was crazy. We came to find out that Luxury Bath and Kitchen subcontract all their jobs, which is ok so far us the right people are involved. We would never, ever use Luxury Bath and Kitchen again. The speciality glass windows from Homecraft Windows are clear winners. Got them installed in my bedroom and the entire space looks elegant and out of the world.
If you want the best windows, just go for Homecraft Windows. They are the best there is. I personally love the custom picture windows they installed at my place.

Bad Install with No Resolution from the Owner – My experience with Luxury Bath & Kitchen was a negative one once we made our deposit and expected a professional installation of a shower. My wife and I went weeks without hearing from Luxury Bath about our install and had to call to get a date scheduled.
