What should have taken 1 - 2 weeks for a bath remodel took over 4 months. The initial "installer" was careless and had no concern for quality work. I discovered when they were almost finished that they did not get any permits for the work (plumbing, general contracting, electrical), and I made them stop working until the proper permits & inspections could be done. Relax with us! I had my tub converted to a shower. Everything about that experience was great. I love it. They also gave me a new tile floor, sink/countertop and faucets. My bathroom looks fantastic. Reasonable prices and the customer service met my every expectation.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our "5-day bathroom installation" just wrapped up after 54 WEEKS (that's ONE YEAR + 2 WEEKS)! Incorrect materials were ordered and there were numerous delays due to absolute incompetence.
