We had our shower replaced by Bath Pros and we're glad we did. Very professional and communicative, keeping us informed, as best they could, of product delivery and issues from their supplier(s). They weren't the exactly cheapest of outfits we looked at, but at no time were there any red flags as with others (lack of permits, requiring secondary contracts, lack of responsiveness, and such). Everything was up front, no surprise scope of work creep. Would I recommend? Definitely.
We had a old smaller (3'x3') fiberglass shower replaced about two weeks ago. The entire process was smooth. To start with, they worked with us to get appropriate doors for our shower, which other companies did not even offer (since it was such a small opening). The material came in faster than their estimate. The installation took two days. However, the installer (Camry if I am remembering his name), did a hell of job. We inquired with Dave and Duane for our small bathroom. They were super helpful and courteous through the whole process. We went another route due to some life circumstances but these guys had an amazing showroom to present ideas. Dave had tons of options for colors, patterns and designs. I can say I would definitely recommend them to a friend looking for local professionals. You can’t go wrong with Bath Pros NW. Our tub to shower conversion looks great and installation was a breeze. Everyone at Bath Pros were wonderful and easy to work with. Give them a call, they will not disappoint.
We had a great experience from start to finish! No pushy salespeople. Knowledgable about elderly safety and were able to design the appropriate shower for the needs of my mother. Attentive and listened to her current concerns and made adjustments as necessary. Installation took two days but we had clear communication the entire time and expectations were met.
