We had a new walk-in bath installed by Bath Pro’s NW earlier this week and were very impressed by the quality of the work and good customer service they provided. Hilda did a good job explaining various options, and she and Duane put in extra effort to solve mold problem by making design changes. The remodeling was carried out by Camry, who was professional, cheerful, and very hard-working. We really like our beautiful new bath. Thanks Bath Pro’s NW!

Highly recommend Bath Pros! From the consultation portion through the post construction inspection we experienced not only professionalism but an attitude of personal care The installer was a very hard, diligent, and polite employee that cleaned up after self and took pride in his work. The owner frequently reviewed the ‘job’ to ensure quality was maintained, of which showed that this was not a quick ‘sign up and move on’ operation. I and my wife are very happy with Duane and his company and would use them again.
