Luxury backyards had an "old style" latch bolt that I needed for my sunroom door. Shipping was quite pricey at $23 (30% more then I paid for the actual part.) But I went ahead and bought it from them because they had good pictures of the part that looked to match what I needed. That part worked so I'm happy about that!
The operable pergola that they installed for us has changed the way we use our patio. It is beautiful and functional. We love it!
Salesman named Eli came out to quote me for a patio roof. He gave a stellar sales pitch and had no problems answering my questions and concerns. He tried everything to get me to a yes but not in an overbearing way. When he learned that I was not going to buy today. He remained kind, patient, and helpful throughout like absolute professionals.
We had our sunroom installed in 2019 . We have been extremely happy with our sunroom.The staff are great and responded well to any issues. We receive great compliments on it!!!
In May 2024 we had Backyard Luxury Living install a structure on our deck. The structure is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the result. Recently the glass in the door of the structure was shattered due to an accident. Luxury Backyard Living replaced the entire glass unit at no cost!
