We had our sunroom installed in 2019 . We have been extremely happy with our sunroom.The staff are great and responded well to any issues. We receive great compliments on it!!!
In May 2024 we had Backyard Luxury Living install a structure on our deck. The structure is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the result. Recently the glass in the door of the structure was shattered due to an accident. Luxury Backyard Living replaced the entire glass unit at no cost! Kristina was more than helpful and accommodating with the generous replacement! Love our sunroom- great room to spend time!
Needed parts a couple of times for an older screen room door. The person we dealt with was extremely helpful and in both instances the parts received fixed the problem.
Our gazebo blew off of our deck during one of many windy days in January, and we were so lucky to come across Luxury Backyard Living while looking for a more permanent replacement for our deck. I spoke with Christina first and had the chance to meet with them at the Novi Winter Home Show. Next we met with Rick at our home who went over options and pricing.
