I ordered a replacement door handle for my 1999 sunroom. In the process of finding the parts I entered my cell number. The following day I got a follow up call and explained that I already had a sunroom but I needed an out of warranty replacement part. She assured me that I had purchased the correct part. A very pleasant and reassuring conversation.

Thank goodness I found the number to Luxury Back Yard Living. I have a sunroom with a handle and lock in the door. A piece fell out of the lock and I couldn’t open the door to my back yard. I called them, the gal on the phone was friendly and placed an order for the entire handle and lock assembly at a fantastic price. I received my order in 2 days. Can’t thank them enough. You just can’t go down to the hardware to buy a lock to hit the small space in the door frame. I tried. Highly recommend this company.
What a product and what a team! The product is only as good as the team that makes it happen and Luxury Backyard living really did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Special shout out to our sales rep Eli, project manager Marland, production manager Kristina , concrete team led by Wayne, and installers Dean and Dave. Overall they showed through their quality of work that they actually cared about the finished product. Would highly recommend both the product and team.
