I purchased a replacement a lock set last year and it failed. I contacted LBL with this problem and received a replacement lock set in a few days. This is excellent service from a good company. I can recommend their sunrooms and service as great. Thank you. J. CHAMBERS

They finished the project 5 months later than promised. During the early stages after having paid $14k they could not be reached. At the end I was told the city needed to inspect first and when they didn’t I was harassed for the final payment. They then told me the city inspection was done(when it was really their final inspection) and no one had come by. (We had snow and there were NO footprints so the lied. In the beginning I was excited to have LuxeryBackyardLiving take on my patio project I’ve been wanting to update for years, working with Rick in the beginning was great he showed me wonderful presentation of the products in their showroom and I was very impressed, I was under the impression the project would be install before winter, SMH hardly the case, like a good relationship gone bad, from August till now all I have to show is a raised concrete and old patio torn down that was done in early November, now January still no... read more

*Update: After a rough onboarding process, speaking with the owner and the project manager we have had great progress on getting our sunroom built. The team that has showed up to do the work have been professional and doing a great job. Buyer Beware!!! If you have any kind of timeline for your project, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I was torn between Luxury Backyard Living and another Contractor and I made the huge mistake of believing what Luxury Backyard was telling me. I did all the legwork by obtaining HOA and City approvals back in early September because my timeline was so critical and short for this project. I made it very clear to both Luxury Backyard and the other contractor that I can't move into my new condo until this project was complete... read more
