Highly recommend luxury auto for all of your automotive needs. Kenny, his wife, and the rest of the team were phenomenal to work with and saved me a ton of head ache when the Porsche dealership were no help. I brought my 2020 Cayenne Coupe S to Kenny after having some issues and hearing noises with the engine. Initially I tried to go to the dealership but they were backed up for over a month to see the car, let alone to even get a loaner. Stay away from this shop!! I left my Audi there for an estimate and it took 6 days. When I went to pick up car, they gave me a insane price $6 k and told me what was wrong. I decided to take my car to a different mechanic and I was surprised by price difference $1200 and other mechanic told me what they told me was wrong. Don’t trust these guys, just because you see a bunch of fancy cars parked there, it doesn’t mean they are honest ! Please shop around, bc these people will steal your money and give you a wrong estimate!!
Keny and Lauren were great, reasonably priced, and took care of getting my engine swapped out in my Porsche Cayman. They took acceptance of two engines sourced by me and shipped one back, never charged me extra for any of that and also worked with me on supplies and miscellaneous things they worked into the total price. Very happy with their customer service and would highly reccomend them to service your European luxury vehicle anytime.
Kenny and his wife were very professional and straightforward my bmwx5 needed an engine and they got it in time and put it all together I was very satisfied and car been running great for a month now I highly recommend them
Stopped by here today and was met by the owner Kenny! What an amazing guy-gave me 30 min of his time and even put air in my tires! His place was very clean and I felt very comfortable that he was a guy that I would like to do business with! I have 2 European vehicles and Luxury Auto is my new guy!!
