I’m glad many people seem to have had positive experiences here. Unfortunately, mine was not one of them. To keep this objective: I brought in my Range Rover Sport for what ultimately required a module replacement. After seeking a second opinion from the dealership, I was informed the vehicle had been misdiagnosed. Work was performed that was not needed (starter replacement and gasket seal replacements), and additional work was being recommended based on what turned out to be another incorrect diagnosis. Very, very frustrated in working with Luxury Auto Precision. I engaged with Kenny and his wife to do a pre purchase inspection on a 911. The car had a tune on it with the CATs removed. As part of the purchase the previous owner agreed to the work needed to revert the car back to stock, removing the tune and placing the CATs back on the car as well as a tune up and oil change. I have an older Mercedes SL500 AMG. I love the car but since it’s only driven occasionally issues crop up. Kenny knows his stuff and he and his crew are outstanding. Fair and honest prices. A true rare find. From the time Lauren answers the phone to the moment your car leaves their spotless shop and customer waiting area you are treated with kindness and courtesy. I’ve been going there for almost 3 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this shop. They are the best!

Keny and Lauren were great, reasonably priced, and took care of getting my engine swapped out in my Porsche Cayman. They took acceptance of two engines sourced by me and shipped one back, never charged me extra for any of that and also worked with me on supplies and miscellaneous things they worked into the total price. Very happy with their customer service and would highly reccomend them to service your European luxury vehicle anytime.
