Highly recommend luxury auto for all of your automotive needs. Kenny, his wife, and the rest of the team were phenomenal to work with and saved me a ton of head ache when the Porsche dealership were no help. I brought my 2020 Cayenne Coupe S to Kenny after having some issues and hearing noises with the engine. Initially I tried to go to the dealership but they were backed up for over a month to see the car, let alone to even get a loaner. Stopped by here today and was met by the owner Kenny! What an amazing guy-gave me 30 min of his time and even put air in my tires! His place was very clean and I felt very comfortable that he was a guy that I would like to do business with! I have 2 European vehicles and Luxury Auto is my new guy!! Kenny has been my mechanic for my Mercedes Benz cars for many years and I have always had great results. He is honest and reliable and upfront with his work. Lauren has always been very accommodating and helps answers any questions I may have. I feel they both go above and beyond for our service.
Extremely Impressed. I stopped in to get an opinion on a cosmetic tear on the sidewall of my tire. I was impressed with the honesty of Kenny in confirming that the tire did not need to be replaced with only 3,000 miles on it. This will be my go to place for repairs, tires, and services in the future. Thank you for your time and honesty Kenny.
Simply put, excellent customer service! My husband and I came in for the first time with our Maserati and were not disappointed. The business is operated by a lovely couple, both incredibly nice and knowledgeable, who gave us nothing short of an amazing experience. If you have a luxury car, I highly recommend this place. They know what they’re doing!
