The communication was clear, the team was friendly and professional, and the quality of the repair work was exceptional. My car looks brand new again, and they made the whole process completely stress-free. Many thanks to Danny and Danielle for all their help this morning at Luxury Autobody. I just wish now that I could have left my damaged Tesla there for repair instead of trying to find a hopefully as good NRMA approved repairer in Sydney.

Arrived Saturday 930am and waited till 10am for the expert to not show up to work. This other staff was nice to offer water but won’t be back again. Disappointed and embarrassed for the business.
If you had an accident, please don’t listen to these tow truck drivers, they will bring your car to Luxury Auto Body and let you wait for months until your car is fixed, absolutely nightmares. Go with your insurance, stay away from this company.
