Many thanks to Danny and Danielle for all their help this morning at Luxury Autobody. I just wish now that I could have left my damaged Tesla there for repair instead of trying to find a hopefully as good NRMA approved repairer in Sydney.
Terrible & unreliable business to deal with in a nutshell. They will cause you so much pain .... Best to stay away ...
Arrived Saturday 930am and waited till 10am for the expert to not show up to work. This other staff was nice to offer water but won’t be back again. Disappointed and embarrassed for the business.
If you had an accident, please don’t listen to these tow truck drivers, they will bring your car to Luxury Auto Body and let you wait for months until your car is fixed, absolutely nightmares. Go with your insurance, stay away from this company.
I was looking for a place to get my vehicle fixed and have seen this place on my travels. Was considering but after reading the reviews I think I’ll pass. I’ve seen the carpark people refer too. Look like organised chaos which is why peoples cars are getting damaged. There appears to be some common themes when you read the reviews. Appears the company does t care or doesn’t read the reviews if they are not acting upon them. I note there was apologies either so that speak volume.
