My experience with this body shop was extremely frustrating. After my vehicle was involved in an accident, I relied on the information provided by the shop regarding the status and location of my car. Over the course of several months, I was repeatedly told not to worry and that everything would be handled. George picked me up at the state police barracks in south Boston after my steering wheel seized on the turnpike going from Plymouth Mass to Maine. He is very conscientious , understanding .. very patient and kind. I told him he was a great driver. We had nice conversations and he even bought me a coffee!
