Hate my hair doesn’t look anything like the picture braids are so close together and it’s so tight I’m thinking about taking it out my head has been hurting so bad 0/10 wouldn’t recommend at all
My experience here was very horrible. I came in for a touchup of small knotless braids. The girl that braided, my hair was very unprofessional as I asked her to fix one braid. She then got an attitude and fixed them. I asked her moving forward if we can add more of my natural hair to the front braid or less of the weave hair to not weigh the front Braids down. Listen- I had to wait to review because I was angry: While I appreciate the speed and cleanliness of the service, I had concerns about my braids. I don't prefer edge control as my styling product, and I wasn't happy with how my braids were started. They used edge control to gel my hair, twisted it, and then added the extensions, which caused my hair to knot around my edges. My edges are weak, which is why I opted for braids in the first place. I wish I would’ve read the latest reviews before going to this salon. The women who did my hair lacked all areas of customer service. I got the small knotless midback braids with boho and the quality of my braids for a $300 style was criminal. It was not a consistent size of the braid from the scalp to the end, the front was small parts and the middle and back was medium/large parts.
