Ashley was a pleasure during our visit to her store. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We purchased 3 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases. Her delivery team is very good. The bases are very heavy and the guys did their best to limit any scuffs or the like when moving them into the upper floor. After sales support is very good too. An item was forgotten during our delivery and Ashley personally delivered it herself. We already have sent friends to Ashley for their mattress needs. Thank you!
Love my Iron bed in the bedroom and my Tuscany Chest bed in the spare bedroom. Both times they were delivered and set up quickly and all the wrapping and boxes were taken with them. Both actually look better in my home than they did online! Thank you LUXURIOUS BEDS AND LINENS!
