Found out from a friend who has the misfortune to work there that all the positive reviews are made up or by employees. Predators.
Complete scam, providers are unlicensed, all a scheme to get people to sign up for a membership and then have no providers to service requests. Calling Attorney General and BBB on Monday. Preyin on women’s insecurities, so sad.
Harassed me in the phone after signing up for FB deal. All fraud and scams. Just want your payment info. Don’t do it!!!
Total scam. Offers Groupon’s and offers on FB and then harasses you to upsell. I am reporting to BBB and FB for fraudulent business practices. What a joke.
Worst business!!! I booked online for neck tightening treatment. They called the next day to say there was a mix up in times, could I come 30 min later for my appt, sure no problem. They then call me the morning of my appointment to tell me there's a mixup and there are no time slots for my appointment that day. First, I am thankful that I have neither been coerced into writing this review, not have I been forbidden by the company to write this review!! I received a service last week with the infrared bicycle & enjoyed it very much. It was a great 30 minute ride; however, it seemed that either the attendant with me was in training, or the company had not actually used this machine often. Regardless I enjoyed my service.
