Excellent service, staff are friendly, curious and very informative.
I’ve been coming to Luxur for a couple of years now, starting with the pre purchase inspection for a car and then two yearly services for that car. They are always super professional and thorough and never pushy. After each service they will walk through every detail, showing you before and after photos of all the work that was done. Their prices are very fair considering the market rates for the makes they service. Overall, they are a trustworthy shop that I would recommend to anyone.
I’ve been coming to LUXOR automotive since 2018, Naeem has always been very professional and easy to talk to. He has always shown me pictures of all he does for my cars, and is very thorough when explaining what he does. Never did I have an issue with my 2016 Benz and when any sensor would come on I would simply text him and I would have an appointment.
