My wife Heidi & I are recent owners at Luxtor purchasing our unit a few months back. Everyone has been super kind and helpful. The facility is first class and super clean. There are so many varied owners in there that bring their own unique skills and collections it’s like a little oasis in the desert. Grand place to store your toys! I’m an original owner, phase one, and it’s been fun to see it come together. All phases are complete and it’s every thing that they said it would be. The bathrooms are spotless and the ice machine is a real bonus. It’s easily accessed via a number of arterial streets and highways with great security. As far as responding to any service requests….they are right on top of it.
