I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxton Homes and their handling of warranty issues after building our NDIS home. Shortly after handover, every bathroom floor leaked. This should have been identified before handover, yet it somehow passed through the build and inspection process. The issue was so severe that every bathroom floor had to be completely re-tiled. Your company drivers are damaging the grass on the median strip right opposite your business. I know for a fact they're too lazy to drive a little further up the road and do a u-turn , they'd rather opt to illegally cut across the grass median and enter traffic. Yesterday morning I had Luxton branded vehicle , registration DNC-664 do this and pull out in front of me as I was on the carriageway which is permitted at 80km/hr.
