Poor quality provided, whilst hyping good quality. Very poor customer service after handover. Poor drainage has caused structural damage and they deny, deny deny any liability. Any company this well practiced in the brush off gets A LOT of practice- we must not be alone. Poor appliances used throughout. Electrical issues just outside of warranty. Do not recommend.
Good experience through our buyers agent with Luxton. In particular was their build time, really fast which helped us get a tenant in quickly to begin renting. Would consider Luxton again if we were to do another build
Greedy company! We lost our $26k land deposit because of these guys. No rescission letter received or warning. The full story will come out once we've taken these to court. Think twice before buying from them!
