We had some buyers that were really interested, but they were worried about there not being any ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Daniel said “That’s it? Pick some out at Lowe’s and I’ll have my guy here tomorrow to get them in.” They bought the house. After we sold the house I thought we were done.
