Our pup has an ear infection so we called to make an appointment only to find out that they are closed until the new year. Not sure how long they have been closed, but that will be at least 5 weeks. The name of an alternate vet was provided, but we have called them 3 times over the past 2 days and no one has answered the phone or returned our call. If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would!! Our FIRST visit was great and we got plenty of attention. Our Chihuahua got a really nice check up at that time. However, our precious animal got sick and IT FELT LIKE they just didn’t want to be bothered. Our baby was hurting and in need of immediate treatment and medication but they refused.. saying that her entire medical history was necessary before they would give her ANY medication. It feels generous to provide two stars but I do so only because the techs have always been great. We had several negative experiences with Dr. Marin that lead us to switching vets this year. Without going into lengthy detail, Dr. Marin consistently pressured us to pursue expensive diagnostics for a baffling issue with our cat, and when we asked to take a more conservative and slow approach she guilted us and tried to make us feel as if we were bad pet parents for not immediately jumping to the most expensive solution. A great place to trust your fur babies to get exceptional care. They are very thorough and thoughtful. They are all animal lovers there and offer logical treatment options explained simply. Their schedule is genius to provide emergency help from 10am to 7pm on Sundays!
