The whole process was handled both professionally and timely in selecting our shades. We furnished our entire home with these shades and everyone loves them. Anita, was very patient with us in the selection process. I highly recommend based upon our experience.
I like the shade. I got it and tried to program it but no luck. Spoke with production multiple times and we couldn't program it. Then they send out a local installer that they work and they charge me $125 to get get it working. Asked if we can split the cost together, but they didn't. Way to go with this customer service. They charged $650 for the shade and now I have to pay $125 on top of that

Great repair on our garage screen! Only took 1 1/2 hours to replace the screen and the bar after I backed out and damaged them. It took some time to get parts from WA state and its pricey but thats the reality of these things. Price from vendor was very competitive!
WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND MY CLIENTS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AFTER THEIR LUXOUT SHADES ARE INSTALLED!!!! VERY NICE PRODUCT!!!!
