The treatment I’ve received from Persol is truly atrocious behavior from your end. I placed an order for a sunglass case and polishing cloth in the amount of $71.86 . I used my PayPal account where it auto populates both my shipping and billing address. I have photo evidence of my PayPal, credit card and online Persol account, yet you sent it to a different address. Terrible company with one of the highest turnover rates in the country. They don't like hiring disabled people.
I ordered a pair of RayBan RB6355 prescription glasses directly from Ray-Ban.com on March 4, 2025. The specific finish I selected clearly showed “Made in Italy” labeled on the inside of the frames in the product images. That labeling was a key factor in my purchase decision. When the glasses arrived, they were labeled “Made in China” instead. Their customer service responses were vague and dismissive. HORRIBLE Quality! My screws were stripeed within a month of purchasing them. Could never get it fixed properly, even with a warranty! I know have a pair of burberry's that I can look at it, not wear!
