We've worked with Luxor Property Group on many jobs in the last 4 years and the consistency of good practices and standards is amazing. Well constructed homes with no corners cut.
These guys won’t bother fixing defect work, be careful buying new off them.
Overall, it's one of the better outcomes for off the plan purchases. I would say document everything in the contract. Key things to look out for: 1. They try to lock you in to Space Connect instead of pushing through with the application to NBN. Owners are only made aware during move-in day. 2.
