The dealer knew nothing about the car or it's history so I payed a mechanic to come look at it. Decided to check out the car the same day, so I drove an hour to view it. There were many cosmetic issues and some repairs needed, but all in all it looked to be in good shape. The mechanic hadn't sent us the inspection yet so we told the dealer we'd wait to read it and if all was ok we'd buy the car. Shortly after that we got the inspection info and told the dealer we'd buy the car, but he then said he sold it!

I was looking specifically for Gen 3 Mazda 3's and they had one in stock. I've looked at 4 vehicles prior, as I am picky, before seeing theirs. I dealt with Reza upon arrival. He knew I was coming and allowed me to look over my car. I brought my scan tool and various bits to do my own pre-buy on-site inspection, all being able to do so without being bothered or looked over my shoulder. I just purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot. Reza was very honest and straight forward with vehicles past history. He answered all my questions and he stayed after hours to make the deal work for my wife and I. Reza let me test drive and inspect the SUV without being like regular pushy cars salesman. The insurance agent was brought right to the lot and we were able to drive home the same evening. The price was fair for both parties, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Luxor Motors in the future.

Discussed purchasing a car with Reza. Paid $180 for a private inspection to be done. Drove an hour to the lot to test drive the vehicle. After test drive told him I needed some time to read over the report and then I'd get back to him as soon as I'm done about the deposit. Messaged him an hour later to purchase the car and he had sold the vehicle to someone else. Wasted an evening and $180

I have to say I was sceptical about purchasing a vehicle from Luxor Motors however after working with Ash Samiefard I have to say I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very easy to work with and was most accommodating. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome, either way. I wouldn't hesitate referring Ash and Luxor Motors to anyone in the future.
