Prior to booking Luxor, we visited several other venues and non compared to when we finally saw what Luxor had to offer. A COMPLETE package that made our lives easier. There was no need to purchase the letters for the name separately or have guests pay extra to take in bottles; everything was included with this hall. Any random requests I had were fulfilled and questions were answered in a timely manner. There is so much event planning that goes into a quinceañera. I am happy I choose Luxor to host this event, I had 2 event managers included with the service and all the staff was very helpful. From planning, to set up, to directing the event and making sure we all stayed on track…Luxor really excelled in their professionalism and execution.
