Amazing!!! Amazing!! We had our mom's 90th birthday party, and she was ecstatic by how beautiful the hall looked. All the guess was amazed and delighted by the elegancy of the decorations and most important the venue. Sergio, made things very helpful since the start until the end his a true blessing. My wife and I had our wedding at Luxxor Gold Ballroom in October of 2025, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner, Sergio, was exceptionally friendly, transparent, and an amazing communicator. He made the entire planning process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. We had a great experience in my daughter’s quinceañera this weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized and handled with professionalism. Amazing venue. Super courteous and professional staff. I dropped some money in the parking lot and the staff found it and returned it. Hard to find honest people.
Update: Not all the staff was disrespectful but there was a general lack of care for the guests and disorganization. These lead to poor quality, food was served cold and late. The space is pretty and photographs well. If you care more about how your photos and social media posts look than hosting a great experience for your guests and self, this is the spot. If you care about your guests and your event, save you're time and have your event somewhere else.
