I would have rated this place much higher, but I'm going back and forth in move out charges currently and we're being charged for over $90 for returning our keys early...lol "The improper notice fee is applied since your keys were returned early on 7/31 instead of 8/2."
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! For real if you pay the deposit they will makeup literally little things to charge you. They are charging me $112 because I turned the keys 2 days EARLIER thats right EARLY, which when I returned they never mentioned nothing about it. ALSO they charged me for a stain on the washing and drying machine but when I moved in it was already there Thank GOD I had pictures to PROOF. ALSO my apartment was MANIFESTED OF FLEAS. DO NOT RENT APT ON THIS PLACE , They are not HONEST, they are stealing our deposit, it is absurd, charging for things that do not exist, we returned the key 2 days early and they are still charging, FOR EARLY RETURN , I will post for you to see all the receipts pictures and video and proof that we have.
A Wonderful Living Experience at Luxor Club Living at Luxor Club has been an absolute pleasure. The layouts are spacious, the amenities are fantastic and well kept. The maintenance staff has been going above and beyond even with this heat. I give them all 5 stars, but had an experience with Jason and I was very impressed by his professionalism and how quickly he handled my work order.
