Overall we had fun and it was a great night. I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent event for approx 100 guests. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of basic expectations. Throughout the evening, table staff promptly cleared away used glasses. However, near the end of the night, when our children asked for water, the staff denied them glasses because none were cleaned or available.
