I had an excellent experience at Luxology! From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. Hannah was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive—she explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Luxology Spa. I had a wonderful experience. Hannah made me feel very comfortable. Walking in, I loved the decor, it was super cute! Due to moving locations, there were a couple of hiccups, but Hannah communicated with me, and it didn't affect my experience. She made sure to explain everything to me through the process and did an amazing job with my wax. The atmosphere was relaxing as well. Hannah was SO awesome! I had 2 other salons cancel on me and give me the run around after having a spray tan planned for weeks!:( She squeezed me in and was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my first spray tan. I just did my first rinse and it looks phenomenal so far, I will absolutely be back! Her communication skills, availability, and positive/bubbly attitude will make you not want to go anywhere else. I was sceptical and nervous about getting my first spray tan but I went to Hannah and have to say I'll never go to anyone else. I'm extremely uncomfortable with my body after having 4 kids and she made me feel like a million bucks and was extremely informatable on what I needed to know with the aftercare of my tan. 110% recommend this place! Absolutely amazing experience! Most relaxing waxing I have ever had done! Hannah was so professional and focused on making me comfortable and relaxed through the whole process!
