Robert is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was getting a pedicure done by a lady who seemed fairly new, I wasn’t satisfied with her work and kindly asked if it would be fixed. She tried fixing the nails, and I still wasn’t satisfied. I then asked if somebody else can do my nails as I was sitting in the chair for over 2 hours.
