Brought my custom name earrings and silver chain here to get fixed on may 8th. Came to pick it up last week and they have no record of it and can not find it. They don’t seem to even care that they lost it or may have given it to someone else. Which makes no sense since I’m the one with the ticket and only person who can get it or even knows it’s there.
