I have never encountered a more dishonest, intentionally deceptive home improvement contractor as LuxHome, Inc. After starting the job in late June 2024, they billed me $90k in three Invoices during the month of July 2024. At that point I had paid approximately 62% of the total project cost. Horrible customer service, lowest quality materials, will hook you and pitch like they care just to get the job but once they have you, they use the worst subcontractors imaginable and the cheapest materials. The overall quality of work is below average and they will not stand behind their work even though they say they do. Find another contractor or if you can, do the work yourself. Very poor business! Some repairs done that have since damaged my siding with a section falling out. Have attempted to contact them multiple times without success. I believe they have my number blocked! Their concrete guy was even using a stolen piece of equipment on my property.
