John has helped me several times with problems our older pool has had over the past few years, He has gone above and beyond to make repairs that left unresolved could have been disastrous for our pool. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining issues and solutions. John and his staff respond to calls in a timely manner and are very reliable.
