We have used this company to install countertops and undermount sink, the sink was installed with no brackets, just glued and now it has detached from the countertop. Tried calling many times but no answer.

DO NOT USE!! I had Jacky and his team install a quartz countertop for us and only 2 years later it started cracking in the corner. The crack is now about 7 inches long. I've spoke with Jacky numerous times and he told me that he would be out to fix it. He never came and told me that is was my house settling. My house is 60 years old and is not settling. I got a professional to come take a look and he said the countertop was not supported in the corner and is why it cracked. I a now having to pay for a whole new countertop. S... read more

We love our new kitchen. The countertop def finished the look. The team at Luxfancy was pleasant to work with and from the time we ordered to when they delivered was very quick and professional. Will def order from them again.

Luxfancy just completed a 3-piece installation of white quartz counters in my mid-reno kitchen. The stone is exactly what I picked out, the price was very reasonable, the turn around was faster than promised, the installation team was professional and personable, and they cleaned everything up after they were done. I could not be happier with the company, the people I dealt with, or the finished product. Thank you very much Jacky and team. We'll chat again for the new house.
