I do not recommend Luxer One. I do not find Luxer One a convenience in any way. Furthermore Luxer One intercepts packages without consent from the recipient. I had several packages to be delivered upon my move in, including a modem/ router. I did not receive it at my door and as they were rerouted to the on site Luxer One location, thus making my move in an awful experience. Horrible service, All they want is your personal info and credit card, forcing you to give up your data to gain access to your own packages. An excuse to bill you. Packages get damage in their unit. Delivery companies ignore your delivery requests and stick your packages into their unit, not caring for your directions. Useless service.
The most burdensome service I can Imagine. Obnoxious help and the poorest online chat service I have ever imagined. Call support and you will likely be on hold for a very long time. I live here and they have my room number and my phone number. Give me a damn code to get in your pathetic package room. If you own a business and you are considering a package room, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING LUXER ONE!
