How can a medical office (in the middle of a pandemic) not wear masks and have a sign up indicating masks are NOT required? We have been seeing our primary care docs, cardiologists and gastro doctors and all of them have their staff and doctors wearing masks. I guess not too many elderly people needing to see a medical doctor (ophthalmologist) can't see well enough to tell if their doctor and staff are wearing masks. Just crazy...
I've had two visits with Dr. Hooper and I'm extremely pleased. She's great to deal with, very caring. The office staff is outstanding. They go above & beyond to help, especially Maria. I'm very grateful to have found this practice.
Dr Luxemberg and the staff truly care about their patients. A very thorough team from testing to diagnosing. Dr Luxemberg takes the time and Listens to you. His Nurse Maria has been with him 39 years and she called me at home to make sure I was ok. Who does that anymore?
I went to Dr. Hooper for cataract surgery as my optometrist said I had a serious cataract in my left eye. I told her office this when I made the appt. I wrote it on the paperwork I submitted. I told the person who checked me in the day of my appt. And I told Dr. Hooper directly that this was my objective for the appt. After 2 hours in the office, having a series of tests and spending $93, the doctor confirms I need surgery.
