The hair removal treatments were phenomenal, best I've had so far! I saw results quick and I am very satisfied with it. They have the state of the art equipment. Very professional staff too!
This place is awesome. They're so professional, they provided an excellent customer service and their prices are competitive compared to others. Would 100% recommend.
I had no results from my Ipl procedure, i has recommended luxemd to a friend but told her about my results and asked her to hold off booking until,I contacted them to see if i could have a do over.
They refuse to refund my money! They closed for 9 months due to covid!! Far more than most businesses. I Purchased 6 treatments for a discounted rate of $400. I used 3 treatments, which means I’m due $200. I contacted them several times for a refund, they’ve agreed to refund only $100! They just decided to steal $100 from my 15 year old son that used his own money to buy the treatments. Shame on them!
